Growing Instructions.

Lablab (Vine) is a very fast growing vine which spreads out to a large area when fully grown . Grow in full sun and moist, well-drained soils.  It is an annual vine, but it is still capable of growing 12 to 15 feet in a season.  It is a twining vine.  Twining vines climb by twisting their stems or leaf stalks around a support.  This type of vine grows well on trellises, arbors, wires or chain-link fences. It can also be grown on thatched roof tops.  Pluck the pods whenever they appear and use it. If the pods are left to ripe, the whole plant dies out soon by using all its energy for producing pods and seeds.  Plants from few seeds is enough to cover up a large area. The pods should not be eaten raw and should be boiled before eating.

Sow the seeds in about ½ inch deep and water well and the seeds germinates and grows very fast and grow them along any support like fences, trellises, arbors, wires, chain-link fences etc. Occasional water is required and do not over water the plant.
